Workhint provides modular infrastructure to manage external and internal work, including workflows, users, operations, payments, and compliance.

Workhint is a platform, and does not provide labor, hiring, or execution services.

2. Accounts and Responsibility

You are responsible for your account, your workspace, and all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.

3. Users and Workspaces

You may invite users to your workspace. You are responsible for their permissions, actions, and shared data.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have authority to enter into these Terms, and comply with all applicable laws.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree not to misuse or disrupt the platform, upload malicious content, or attempt to reverse engineer Workhint.

You are responsible for the workflows you configure and the outcomes of your operations.

6. Modular Platform Disclaimer

Workhint provides infrastructure, not outcomes. We provide modules and tools but do not guarantee hiring, payments, execution, or results.

You control your configuration and operations, and remain responsible for resulting decisions and outcomes.

7. Data and Privacy

You own your data. We process data to operate and improve the platform, and we do not sell your data.

8. Payments and Third Parties

Workhint may integrate with third-party services, such as payment providers. You agree to their terms and to provide accurate information.

Workhint is not responsible for third-party outages, payment disputes, or third-party policy decisions.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use Workhint to violate laws, run fraudulent operations, exploit workers unlawfully, or distribute harmful content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

10. Availability and Changes

We may update or change features, modules, and platform behavior over time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, always-available, or error-free service.

11. Intellectual Property

Workhint and its platform, modules, and underlying systems are owned by Workhint and protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer Workhint without written permission.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where Terms are violated, misuse is detected, or material risk exists.

You may stop using Workhint at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workhint is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the platform.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Workhint for claims arising from your misuse of the platform, your workflows, or your data.

15. Modifications to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of Workhint after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
