If you want to cancel a service or have a dipute with a consultant, please fill-out the below form and our customer care department will take care of it



Cancelation Policy

 

 

- Cancelling a Video Call Sessions:

 

You can cancel the video call session before the consultant accept the call appointment by pressing on cancel, and we will issue a refund to your card

You can cancel the video call session after the consultant accept the call appointment by pressing on cancel, and we will issue a refund to your card

Your money will not be refundable after starting the video call session with the consultant

 

 

- Cancelling a Project:

 

If you wish to cancel a project for any reason, send a cancelation request from the form below and we will contact the consultant to confirm the refund. If there Is a dispute, we will try to resolve it with a settlement, but clients would be a priority.

 

If you are canceling the project because of more than 30 days delay in project delivery or the consultant is not responsive, fill-out the below form and you will be eligible for a full refund.

 

If you wish to cancel a project after 50% of work is done by the consultant, you will be eligible for a partial refund evaluated based on hours worked.

 

You will not be eligible for a refund after approving the project delivery.

 

Overlooking errors would be client responsibility after approval of project delivery.
